Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz is likely to have an important meeting on Tuesday with former President and President of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House Lahore.

As per details, both leaders will discuss the current political situation and the ongoing deadlock regarding portfolios given to PPP ministers in Punjab. According to the sources, the PPP would be asked to hand over the finance department, works and services and other important departments in Punjab to the PML-N ministers.

CM Hamza and Asif Ali Zardari will discuss a joint strategy to block the PTI in the July 17 by-elections. They will also talk over the steps taken so far to reduce power load shedding, inflation and prices of petroleum products.

According to the sources, CM Hamza will have a very busy schedule today. Hamza Shahbaz will preside over various meetings and will also hold meetings with political personalities. Whereas CM has convened a meeting today to review the arrangements for anti-dengue. Hamza Shahbaz will also preside over the meeting to review the arrangements for the monsoon season.

On the other hand, Hamza Shahbaz directs the restoration work of the Malika e Kohsar that is going on day and night. Hamza Shehbaz said this while chairing a follow-up meeting of his visit to Murree.
He directed for construction and repairing of Murree roads and the removal of encroachments near Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Murree. He asked the management to install an incinerator at the THQ hospital.
The chief minister ordered the construction of a park on the vacant land. He said management should provide a safari train for tourists. He said stadiums have been inaugurated to promote sports and asked to make street lights functional.
