DOUBLE PATTY BEEF BURGER Recipe
1. Beef Patty
2. Beef qeema (Mince) 500g
3. Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
4. BBQ sauce 1 tbs
5. Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
6. Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
7. Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
8. Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
9. Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
10. Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
11. Cheddar cheese slices 2
12. Cooking oil 1 tsp
13. Pepperoni slices as required
14. Makhan (Butter) 1 tsp
15. Burger buns
Mushroom & Onion Sauce:
1. Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
2. Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
3. Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
4. Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
5. Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
6. Cream 3 tbs
Special BBQ Burger Sauce:
1. Mayonnaise ¾ Cup -Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup
2. BBQ sauce 2 tbs -Mustard paste 1 tbs
3. Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
4. Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
5. Pyaz powder (Onion powder) ¼ tsp
6. Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
1. Burger bun
2. Special BBQ Burger sauce
4. Pyaz (Onion) rings
5. Tamatar (Tomato) slices
6. Double Beef patty with cheese
7. Prepared Mushroom & Onion sauce
8. Prepared Special BBQ Burger sauce
9. Mustard paste
Prepare Beef Patty:
1. In a bowl,beef mince,egg yolk,bbq sauce,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder, fresh coriander and mix well.
2. Take a small quantity (approx. 90g) & make a ball.
3. Place a butter paper on a clean working surface,place ball & another butter paper on top,press & flatten it with heavy weight to make a patty (makes 6 patties).
4. Heat cast iron grill pan & grease with oil.
5. Place 2 patties & cook for 4-5 minutes then flip the patties & place cheddar cheese slices on each patty.
6. Grease iron pan with oil,place peperoni slices and fry from both sides for a minute.
7. Now place peperoni slice on patty & place another fried patty on top & set aside. Prepare
Mushroom & Onion
1. In frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
2. Add mushroom & sauté for a minute.
3. Add onion,mix well & cook for a minute.
4. Add salt,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add cream,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Burger Sauce:
1. In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,bbq sauce,mustard paste,vinegar,garlic powder,onion powder,salt & whisk well.
2. Grease frying with butter & toast burger buns & set aside.
1. On burger bun,add prepared burger sauce,iceberg,onion rings,tomato slices,double patties with cheese slices,prepared mushroom & onion sauce,prepared burger sauce,mustard paste & place another burger bun on top.
2. Serve burger with potato fries & tomato ketchup!
