Fish Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1. Fish of your choice boneless cubes 500g 
2. Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp 
3. Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp 
4. Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste 
5. Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp 
6. Cornflour 2 tbs 
7. Lemon juice 1 tbs 
8. Anda (Egg) whisked 1 
9. Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
10. Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
11. Anday (Eggs) whisked 2 
12. Cooking oil 2-3 tbs 
13. Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
14. Gajar (Carrot) julienne 1 cup 
15. Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup 
16. Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup
17. Chawal (Rice) 500g (soaked & boiled with salt) 
18. Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste 
19. Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp 
20. Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs 
21. Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp 
22. Lemon juice ½ tbs
23. Soy sauce 2 tbs 
24. Oyster sauce 1 tbs 
25. Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1 Cup 
26. Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 

Directions

1. In a bowl,add boneless fish cubes,black pepper powder,cumin powder,salt,red chilli crushed,cornflour & mix well.
2. Add lemon juice and egg and mix well.
3. In a frying pan,add cooking oil and fry fish cubes on medium flame until golden brown (6-8 minutes) & set aside.
4. In a wok,add cooking oil,whisked eggs,mix well & cook until it crumbles & set aside for later use.
5. In the same wok,add cooking oil,capsicum,carrot,corn kernels and mix well for a minute.
6. Add cabbage & mix well.
7. Add boiled rice & mix well.
8. Add salt,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,white pepper powder & mix well.
9. Add lemon juice,soy sauce,oyster sauce,crumbled eggs,green onion & mix well.
10. Add fried fish cubes and give it a good mix.
11. Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!
