Imran Khan stirring up chaos in country: Hamza Shehbaz

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz in a press conference on Thursday said that former Prime Minister Imran Khan wants to stir up chaos in the country and has been using politics for the purpose.

He was addressing a press conference in Model Town Lahore when said that his oath-taking was delayed for a month on purpose and court orders were thrown to winds that was historical.

Not only this, Hamza while criticizing the elect of governor Punjab maintained that it is the prerogative of the Prime Minister to send the name of the Governor to the President on whom the latter has to issue the order but it has been a month and no governor was appointed for the province.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader also underscored that he has been working in the office of CM without a provincial cabinet and assured the people of Punjab that he would keep moving forward with the same zeal.

He highlighted that no power can balk him from working for the people.

Notably, Supreme Court passed a verdict on the Presidential reference in regards to the interpretation of Article 63-A that turned the vote of the dissident members void.

The decision came as a scourge of trouble for CM Punjab as Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) announced moving the court to oust the provincial chief executive.
