Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Chief Selector, Mohammad Wasim, held an emergency meeting with Pakistan’s T20 World Cup squad in Islamabad yesterday. According to sources, the meeting was held to discuss a few changes in Pakistan’s T20 World Cup squad.
Sources revealed that the location and time of the meeting were communicated to the players at the last moment, and they were advised to not divulge any details. According to reports, Mohammad Wasim called the emergency meeting to ask for feedback from the players regarding potential changes in the squad.
According to various media reports, three to four changes are expected in the national team’s T20 World Cup squad, with Azam Khan, Sohaib Maqsood, and Mohammad Hasnain in danger of losing their spot in the squad.
